## Notice

A multidisciplinary design team was previously appointed to deliver planning for a 3 phase project at the MRC CBSU Unit. Following completion of their Designs, there is a further requirement to extend the work for the existing Design Team to enable supervision of the construction element of the project and to manage the discharge of the pre-commencement conditions as a result of the approved Planning Permission. This has become apparent as a result of tight planning restrictions based upon the site which has resulted in a complex requirement extending the requirements of the existing Design Team. It is paramount that the existing team are on hand to ensure the contract is completed as agreed and all conditions are met.
