## Summary

The procurement process titled "Archaeology Framework" is initiated by Highways England, located in Bedford, England. This public procurement opportunity pertains to the archaeological services industry and is currently in the planning stage. The contract period is expected to commence on 13th May 2020 and conclude on 12th May 2024. A supplier event is scheduled for 30th April 2020, designed to offer potential bidders detailed insights and support regarding the tendering process.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in archaeological services, particularly those that are technically competent and have the capacity to manage diverse projects. Suppliers with expertise in developing archaeological strategies, conducting trial trenching, and managing major archaeological investigations will find this framework particularly suitable. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to engage, owing to the expected segmentation of the contract into three lots, creating various entry points for competitors.
