The requirement concerns software packages and information systems to support case and contact management, including identifying and reporting cases, assessing exposure, notifying contacts, investigating outbreaks, and managing isolation or quarantine. The technology is also expected to support public health advice, behavioural interventions, testing and treatment administration, monitoring compliance and outcomes, and analysing data for situational awareness and decision-making.
