The proposal consists of four elements: * Involvement steering group * Provision and support of a Healthwatch Network at ICS level * Support for development of the ICS engagement strategy * Staff training and development Help and care are the only organisation that hold a relationship between the four Healthwatch in the area and are therefore the only people who could facilitate this work.
