The contract will commence on 1st July 2017 and will be let for a three-year period with the option to extend for up to two further years in increments to be agreed. Any such extension will be dependent on service performance, the agreement of both parties and the identification of funding after the end of the national Troubled Families programme in March 2020. Closing date for tender submissions will be 12 noon on Friday 27th February 2017.
