The service will operate from within Primary Care practices across Wandsworth and will work closely with the Wandsworth Wellbeing Hub and the Merton Social Prescribing Service. The contract is likely to be for a duration of 2 years with an option to extend this for up to a further 2 years (potentially 4 years in total), with the service being provided within a budget of around PS200k per year (final value pending confirmation). The CCG would like to invite interest in providing this new service across Wandsworth so that it can be informed ahead of a potential procurement process to establish a contract.
