We do not want to outsource all of the services. We are seeking a strategic partner to work with us on a Co Sourcing approach, where we use the Partner's capacity to augment our own as and when required.We will first work with the Partner on a 6 - 12 month project to improve our processes and systems and bring them in line with the Partner's processes. The Partner can then provide off-site (including off shore) capacity, to assist us with busy periods or address skills gaps, on a pay as you go basis.
