Lot 2 - General Works - These works include enabling works, scaffolding, roofing, ESFG, flat roofing, EWI, windows, external lights, rear gates, brickwork, entrance and store doors and painting. Lot 3 - Kitchens and Bathrooms - These works include kitchen renewals and bathroom renewals
