C/D is a four storey accommodation block. The buildings are owned/occupied on a long-term lease by the University of Bath. The University intend to refurbish the buildings on a phased basis with the following to be completed in 2025: * John Wood Court A&B - External refurbishment (entirety) and internal refurbishment of top 3no. floors of accommodation (with preference and option to complete 4 floors if achieveable) * John Wood Court C&D - External refurbishment (entirety) and internal refurbishment of top 3no. floors of accommodation (with preference and option to complete 4 floors if achieveable) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
