The trust would like to engage with a very experienced and competent consultancy who can assist in the development of a long term strategy to deliver the change and add both commercial and qualitative benefits. The final strategy will be it can be presented to our Trust board for approval with a view to implementing the strategy and running a compliant Procurement exercise.
