The preliminary design for these schemes has been developed and a consultant has been commissioned to carry out the detailed design. Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) will be required to minimise risk and provide a smooth transition from design to construction. Please see the various attachments outlining further details of the requirement and please note that the contract for this project will be NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract, Option C. Bids are being assessed on the basis of 40% quality and 60% price.
