This tender is for the appointment of a main/principal Contractor for the Construction of new Innovation Studio and will cover the principal contractor's direct work excluding the manufacturing of CLT and glazing but including cladding, services and lift supply and install. The works are to be carried out and completed between 24th September 2018 and the 31st July 2019 - Length of Contract 57 weeks. The Form of Contract will be based on the JCT 2016 Suite of Contracts. Tenders and supporting documents shall be in English and any contract subsequently entered in to shall be subject to English law. Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission.
