The scope of the subcontract is: * The manufacture or sourcing of a Forklift to meet the Employer's functional and operational requirements; * The witnessed testing of the Forklift at the Supplier's Premises; * Delivery of the forklift to the Employer's Premises; * The witnessed testing of the Forklift at the Employer's Premises; * Training and familiarisation for the Employer's Operatives; * Provision of a Handover Pack; * Maintenance and servicing of the Forklift in accordance with recommended maintenance schedule for a mutually agreed minimum period.
