## Notice

The existing waterproofing systems to both roofs has completely failed. Plants and vegetation are growing through the upstands which will need to be removed with the existing brickwork being made good. The roofs are to be overlaid with a new waterproofing system, along with associated detailing to fascia's, copings and upstands including the installation of structural rooflights. The system adopted and proposed by the successful contractor should achieve a minimum 15 year product and workmanship guarantee upon completion.
