The contract will enable the Council to utilise Behavioural Insights (BI) to understand what needs to change to reduce demand into MASH. To provide a scoping document that will explore what needs to change, through engaging with stakeholders. To consider a range of solutions and run trials to analyse effective solutions. This must include data analysis to measure effectiveness, including statistical power analysis. There will be numerous iterations of these options. A final report will be required to sign decisions that we will implement after the pilot. All as detailed in the Invitation to Quote document.
