The proposed value bands are: Value Band 1: Project values up to 2 000 000 GBP New build Value Band 1 : project Values up to 2000 000 gbp Refurbishment Value Band 2: Project values 2 000 000 and 4 000 000 GBP Value Band 3: Projects values Between 4 000 000 to 10 000 000 GBP Value band 4 Project values over 10 000 000 GBP.
