These can be examples of best practice of local authorities responding to anti-social behaviour (ASB) during COVID-19, or ASB strategies and plans that the local authority had in place prior to COVID-19. For the purpose of this document, when using the term anti-social behaviour, this is intended to mean "behaviour by a person which causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to persons not of the same household as the person." The document should demonstrate examples of: *Local government leading strong multi-agency partnership arrangements to help tackle anti-social behaviour issues in the community. *Good information-sharing arrangements between various partners to support victims of anti-social behaviour and deliver swift resolutions to ASB issues. *Local government anti-social behaviour strategies which have a focus on early intervention and mediation, as well as wider enforcement measures. *How local authorities and their partners are effectively using the ASB tools available in the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, including the Community Trigger process. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
