The contract to be utilised will be the Standard Property Services template (copy to be uploaded to In-tend) and will be let for a duration of 4 (four) years. Citizen envisages to procure between 5 and 8 contractors to be apart of this framework, however, Citizen reserves the right to award to less depending on the quantity of submissions received. We are seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced service providers with the capability to deliver the required services and who best meet the need of Citizen and its customers. Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of Citizen Staff.
