This Lot will handle Capital Construction Contracts Minor Works - Employer's design (with or without Contractor design portions) - with an individual contract value equal to or less than PS2m within the county of Cornwall and Plymouth; The works will consist of building and construction works including new build, extensions and refurbishments or other works of a similar nature. Call offs under the framework will be on the basis of a mini competition between the contractors, or direct award on a basis as set out in the procurement documentation. Tenderers appointed to the Framework may be asked to provide works and services to all departments and wholly owned companies of the Council and potentially to other public sector bodies ("Other Organisations") in Cornwall.
