The development partner will work with DE&S and its Platform Manager to enhance the system using an agile development approach. There are several capability enhancements planned, the majority of which will involve the configuration of Unifier. DE&S is looking for a development partner with experience of configuring our P3M Oracle-based product suite, particularly Unifier/P6 following an agile development approach. They must also be familiar with project control techniques such as EVM, forecasting and have a track record of successfully delivering enterprise level solutions in a secure environment. The selected development partner will become the Solution Architect for the tool suite and be invited to provide adoption support and an application help desk service.
