This tender presents a lucrative opportunity for businesses in the entertainment and event services sectors, particularly those specialising in outdoor events, film screenings, and cultural activities. Companies capable of producing events with on-site logistics, including setting up screens and managing audience interactions, will be well positioned to compete. Additionally, this procurement allows for engagement with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who can provide innovative ideas for generating income from public park spaces. Successful bidders will be responsible for all operational costs, making this a chance for well-prepared businesses to establish successful outdoor cinema experiences in Birmingham's parks.
