The work comprises of preparatory works, underpinning to gable elevation and part front elevations, clay board replacement, concrete reinforcement, helibar reinforcement, remedial works following opening up, masonry, plasterwork, joinery, drainage, clean and completion. It will be mandatory to provide gas and electrical safety certification following any M&E works. We will require the winning bidder to carry out the works as soon as is practicable following the standard and mandator time frames as set out in section 1.3. Together Housing reserve the right to return to the winning bidder to quote for further works associated with the schedule of works and pricing rates to carry out works to the maximum value of PS200,000 inclusive of VAT over the next 24 months.
