Brief Description of Requirement:- The British Antarctic Survey at the Natural Environment Research Council has a requirement of a DHC 6 aircraft repaint to be carried out by a contracted maintenance provider. The dates of availability for painting of the aircraft are from Saturday June 15th 2019 (earliest input) and Friday 30th August 2019 (Latest output). Scope of requirement includes and are expanded upon in the ITQ document:- >General Information >Approximate aircraft local handling costs >Turn Time >Paint Specification >Paint Removal >Aircraft Preparation >Paint Scheme/Placards >Reweigh >Certification/Oversight Timescales The anticipated input to paint is arrival Friday 14th June 2019. Commencing Saturday 15th June 2019 onwards. Completion within two weeks, but no later than Friday 30th August 2019. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
