The HMRC Digital Strategy underpins our vision for the type of organisation we want to be and sets out how we will redesign our services to become a digital organisation. User recruitment is a core part of User research, and forms part of our long term strategy of making tax digital. We particularly need users outside the UK to enable us to concentrate on our EU Exit projects. This contract is specifically in relation to the hosting of the user panel platform.
