Also covered within this contract is the kitchen at Cafe Refresh, located at Sunderland Civic Centre. This contract is for the: * annual servicing, maintenance and PAT testing (where applicable) of all electrical, refrigeration and electrical/gas combination catering equipment in each kitchen. * reactive repair of all electrical, refrigeration and electrical/gas combination catering equipment in each kitchen. * maintenance of an equipment Asset Register in relation to all catering equipment in the kitchens identified.
