This does not preclude OEM's from sub-contracting installation and maintenance to sub-contractors to deliver the installation and support services. Other participating Authority's that have the ability to call off from this Framework include: Home Office (Including Police Authority's) UK Border Force Scottish Prison Service Northern Ireland Prison Service Irish Prison Service
