The concessionaire will be required to: * administer FORS in a lean, efficient way and to an exceptional standard, in the interest of road safety and the environment; * improve FORS economic sustainability through the diversification of revenue streams so it is not solely reliant on operators; * ensure FORS offers value for money to fleet operators and organisations which mandate FORS in their contracts; * work collaboratively with industry and multiple audit providers. The concessionaire will be responsible for the administration aspects of FORS, which include but are not limited to: project management, processing finances, marketing/PR/communications, provision of a helpline, website, commercialisation of assets, certification, audit provision management, quality assurance and compliance. Additional information: Since the appointment of the current concessionaire in 2014, FORS has grown significantly and today has over 5,000 accredited operators, consisting of over 105,000 vehicles. There are now accredited operators across 17 countries and FORS is seen as international best practice.
