## Notice

The demolition and rebuilding of the existing fire-damaged building at Brunswick Arcade, 52a - 54 Beverley Road, Kingston upon Hull HU3 1YE. Due to a National Lottery Heritage Funding Grant the front elevation is to be constructed as if it were a listed property. This elevation contains ornate brickwork and stonework which has Heritage value. Behind the front elevation/ facade, the remainder of the re-construction works will be to modern standards, and therefore are not required to replicate the original building.
