To remove the current woodchip surfacing, to check that drainage is working and is clear, if not clear to make necessary repairs. To prepare surface and then install either rubber mulch or wet pour (we will need quotes for each). New equipment to be installed to include a junior multiplay, an inclusive roundabout with drainage under, 2 play panels, swing set with junior, baby and basket seats, double springer and single springer. To reinstate 2 seats, 2 bins and toddler multiplay. Wooden fencing to remain in situ whilst work is being undertaken and gate to either remain in situ or if easier to be stored during works and then reinstated. Site to be secure during work which ideally needs to be undertaken in the school summer holidays due to the adjacent car park being used by the school.
