These items will also assist with the dispersion and evaporation of sweat, thus reducing the possibility of heatstroke. The contract shall be for an initial period of 36 months with 1 extension of 24 months by agreement of both parties. The successful supplier should note that the prices are to be fixed for an initial period of 36 months.
