## Notice

The total estimated Contract value is up to 34,000,000 GBP split over three lots as follows: Lot 1 - Gas Heating Replacement - total value up to 30,000,000 GBP (up to a maximum of 7,000,000 GBP per annum); Lot 2 - Electric Heating Replacement - total value up to 500,000 GBP (up to a maximum of 150,000 GBP per annum); and Lot 3 - Renewable Heating Replacement - Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pumps systems - total value up to 3,500,000 GBP (up to a maximum of 850,000 GBP per annum).
