The Supplier shall provide Core Construction Programme disciplines as listed below: * Project Management * Quantity Surveying / Cost Manager * Clerk of Works / Site Supervision * Structural & Civil Engineering * Building Services Engineering * Mechanical Engineering * Electrical Engineering * Architecture * Sustainability * Health & Safety * CDM Advisor for Principal Designer * Fire Safety and Compliance * Access Consultant - Disability and Discrimination Options: The proposed Framework Agreement will be for three years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 12 months. Programme/Project Management The Supplier shall provide a Programme Management service including but not limited to: * Project Management * Building Surveyor * Clerk of Works/Project Supervision * Quantity Surveying * VAT Analysis/Recovery Options: The proposed Framework Agreement will be for three years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 12 months. Engineering The Supplier shall provide Engineering disciplines as listed below.
