Since the Pandemic, the loss of income and cancellation of future events has resulted in us needing to revise our objectives: * To enable income recovery from the pandemic and increase revenue enough to generate extra income as budgeted * Launch an improved product & service offering to ensure our place in the market is appropriate to potential clients we wish to target * To streamline the customer journey and improve the service we offer to our clients * To improve the wider visitor experience to the Town Hall to tie in with the Museum opening in 2021 It is more important than ever that a sole caterer can work with us and enable us to increase income and engage potential leads with an attractive product and encourage various segments to see Oxford Town Hall as a leading destination for events in Oxford.
