## Notice

The University is looking to appoint a Contractor to: * Manage, operate and maintain the existing Siemens Desigo CC and Desigo Insight BMSs. The maintenance shall be a planned preventative (PPM) and reactive service * Optimise and report building performance / energy savings, and recommendations to realise potential energy savings. * Provide a secure web site to support the contract, which can be accessed at any time by nominated University staff. * Migrate all sites from legacy Desigo Insight to Desigo CC BMS * Supply and install replacement parts to existing BMSs including all connected Siemens parts (sensors, actuators, valves etc.). * Perform specified duties in relation to capital and refurbishment project work carried out by others
