We are currently looking for one supplier for 4 years for the provision of long term gas and electric usage across all Thirteen Housing Group (THG) landlord sites. We are looking to fix prices for the full length term of the contract at 48 months. Sites included in this procurement are offices, communal areas in low/high rise buildings and community centres. We have contracts for 303 electricity sites and 55 gas sites on both Opus/SSE group bills and 22 half hourly sites with SSE which expire on 31st March 2021. Another 323 (electricity) and 42 (gas) sites are then out of contract in October 2021.
