## Notice

To undertake classified traffic counts to provide details of the volume, movement and classification of vehicles using the public highway of the below types of location. The counts are to be recorded in numbers and where required also in passenger car units per hour (pcu/hr). The classification groups are as follows: Cars (Cars); Taxis (Taxis); LGV (Light Goods Vehicles); MGV (Medium Goods Vehicles) HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicles), Buses & Coaches; MCL (Two wheeled Motor Cycles) & PCL (Pedal Cycles).

Lot 1

Harrow Council has an obligation to deliver its Transport Local implementation Plan as agreed with Transport for London (TfL) under the GLA Act. This is an ongoing programme which is mostly funded by TfL. As a result Harrow undertakes a large volume of traffic and parking surveys each year as a part of developing its transport programme of works. This is an ongoing programme of work for the foreseeable future.

Renewal: The initial term is 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in periods at the discretion of the Council
