To include, but not limited to: *Safety Flooring *Commercial Grade Carpets *Carpet Tiles *Sheet Flooring *Design Flooring *Rubber Flooring *Supply/Fit wall cladding *LVT *Wood Flooring *Sub Floor Preparation and Surface Damp Proof Course *Resin Flooring To be included on the framework, a contractor is not required to offer all services.

Renewal: The option of 2 x 1 year extensions, subject to agreement by all parties.
