## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1

A restricted bid for the provision of Hard and Soft FM services across the defined sites for a 5+1+1 year term. The process will include SQ, ITT and associated documents, evaluation, clarification and moderation. This will not be a negotiated process as the requirement is highly defined within reg28 of PCR2015 (or as subsequently amended).

Renewal: 2 further 1 year renewals up to 84 months
