Renewal: The Employer's Contract with Derby City Council is set to cease 31st March 2022. At this time, should the contract not be renewed, this Contract shall be novated to Derby City Council, with them acting as the Employer. For that reason the contract shall last approximately 7 months (depending on the speed of procurement) with the option to extend for a further period of 17 months, followed by a further 24 months, followed by a final period of 12 months.
