Planned Preventative Maintenance to Air Conditioning and Ventilation Equipment to a Portfolio of Public Buildings, Schools and Leased Buildings within the Borough of Southend on Sea. The contract will include undertaking maintenance to a set schedule to each building and to provide a responsive service to attend to any faults reported through the repairs help desk.

Renewal: The initial contract is for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months plus an option to extend for a further 12 months. Prior to the final contract end date (31/04/2026) we will publish a new tender for the requirement.
