The approximate value of the contracts (all Lots)is GBP2.25m per annum. The value in this notice is based on the initial term of 3-years + 1-year optional extension ### Lot Information Lot 2 - Grounds Maintenance - Preston / Lancashire Grounds Maintenance Services for the Preston / Lancashire Region.
