Options: Two pricing options was produced - Timeline A and Timeline B. Both timelines followed the same procedures as detailed within the specification but with Timeline B offered an extended surveying period of eight weeks. This was in order to open up the tender to invite a more cost effective option that the consultants may be able to offer with greater margin of survey time. Tenderers were asked to complete both timeline options when pricing, with the intention of the council to select the winning bid from either of these timeline options based on the most economical advantageous timeline

Renewal: There is a provision to extend the contract by another 3 months at the sole discretion of the Council
