The National Evaluation Framework (herein after referred to as the 'NEF') will constitute a wide range of individuals and organisations (evaluators) with a broad range of expertise in evaluation processes and techniques - available to provide targeted support for the design and/or delivery of international, national, regional, and local workforce delivery activities across England. The expertise of the NEF will be commissioned via a formal procurement framework such that it will allow for flexible and responsive contracting to deploy appropriate knowledge, skills, and evaluation expertise - as, when and where required.
