## Notice

Brandon Trust have a requirement for temporary support workers in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset and North somerset. Support workers need experience of working within the learning disability sector. Brandon Trust wish to appoint a primary supplier that will be given all of our shift requirements, a percentage fill rate of circa 90% will be required. The remainder of the shifts will be given to other suppliers that can fill the requests of Brandon Trust. Terms and conditions for this requirement will be issued by Brandon Trust. The contract shall in all respects be governed by the laws of England and Wales

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Brandon Trust have a requirement to appoint a primary agency supplier that will be given all of our agency requirements within Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset and North Somerset. its envisaged the primary agency supplier will fill 90% of Brandon Trust's requirements. Shifts that cannot be filled, will go to a second / third / fourth tier (or more) until the shift has been filled. The temporary support workers should have experience working within the learning disability sector. Some of our services will also require support workers to be trained in positive behaviour management. Brandon Trust will issue the terms and conditions and will follow UK Government guidelines to ensure compliance to PCR 2015. The contract shall in all aspects by governed by the laws of England and Wales
