Lot 1

Provision of Wired and Wireless Residential Network. Leeds Trinity University (the "University") wishes to tender for a provider of student accommodation communications services. The internet provision in the Halls of Residence is to be a fully managed service provision with no expectation or dependency upon the internal University IT department. The contract will ensure that all our residents can access the Internet and therefore the services that one would expect to connect to through any typical "home broadband" service in the same manner as the existing service The current full requirement is set out in the Tender documents.

Options: Tenderers must complete the cost template with a view to delivering the service over a 3, 4 or 5 year period, starting in August 2021. Tenderers must also include the cost of an optional 2-year extension to the service. The university expects to see fiscal reward commensurate to our commitment to increased contract duration

Renewal: This may be a 3 4 or 5 year contract award dependent upon returns received. Extension to 7 year maximum may be applied subject to successful performance review.
