### Procurement Information

This Contract had been managed on West Mercia Police's behalf by a 3rd party (Place Partnership Ltd) for several years. PPL have now taken the decision to disolve the company from 31st March 2021. Due to a lack of time to be able to tender a compliant TUPE contract in time the incumbent provider has been given an additional 12 month term so we have consistency in the service and the staff are protected. We anticipate going out for a replacement contract within the next 3-6 months & will be advertising via EU Supply.
