Staff and Officers Catering

Staff restaurants - the provision of a food service to both officers and police staff on four MPS premises and to scope the commercial viability for three smaller sites. The type of services varies across the MPS estate depending on the number of officers/staff based at particular locations. This is a service that officers/staff pay for at point of sale. We seek to deliver this on a nil subsidy basis.

Operational and Detainee Feeding

Operational feeding - This is the provision of food and drinks to police officers involved in public order events and incidents both planned and unplanned. Hospitality - This is the provision of food and beverages services for a rage of events for officers, staff and guests predominantly in three main buildings across the MPS Estate. Vending - To provide and manage the vending requirements across the estate To supply detainee meals for custody suites
