The supply & delivery of bulk bitumen products for the repair of roads and pathways for all Scotland Excel Associate Members and other participating public bodies (defined as "Council" or "Councils" (as appropriate) in accordance with the "Scotland Excel General Conditions of Contract" and "Appendix 1 - Scotland Excel Standard Terms of Supply") who will be permitted to purchase under this proposed Framework Agreement, throughout the Scottish mainland and island locations.

Reinstatement Products

The supply & delivery of reinstatement products for the repair of roads and pathways for all Scotland Excel Associate Members and other participating public bodies (defined as "Council" or "Councils" (as appropriate) in accordance with the "Scotland Excel General Conditions of Contract" and "Appendix 1 - Scotland Excel Standard Terms of Supply") who will be permitted to purchase under this proposed Framework Agreement, throughout the Scottish mainland and island locations.

Surface Dressing Products

The supply & delivery of surface dressing products for the repair of roads and pathways for all Scotland Excel Associate Members and other participating public bodies (defined as "Council" or "Councils" (as appropriate) in accordance with the "Scotland Excel General Conditions of Contract" and "Appendix 1 - Scotland Excel Standard Terms of Supply") who will be permitted to purchase under this proposed Framework Agreement, throughout the Scottish mainland and island locations.

Cementitious Products
