The Council requires the provision of a new system and all supplier services from solution design through to implementation and data migration services from the current system, Advanced eFinancials V5, to a new Financial Management System and then to provide post go live and on-going support and maintenance. To include: * Replacement of the current finance system eFinancials V5; * Implementation of budgeting and forecasting functionality; * Work together to review and update key accounting, purchasing and debt management processes and procedures against the Council's ideal vision; * Review and replace current interfaces to systems external to the financial management system; * Development of new interfaces; * Review and replace current reporting with improved management information and dashboards; * A training and testing environment; * Training of key users and administrators; * Integrated Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS); * Management of the migration and archiving of data and linked documents from eFinancials V5.
