## Summary

The Insolvency Service is planning to procure a new case management system under the title "Future Case Management - Commercial Off The Shelf options". This initiative falls within the industry category of industry-specific software packages, with the main focus on goods. Located in Stratford, UK, the procurement is currently at the planning stage, with an invitation for interested businesses to respond to the attached Request for Information by 1st October 2021. Engaging with the In-Tend portal is essential for participating in this tender, and the Insolvency Service is also organising virtual Supplier Engagement Events during the response timeframe to provide further clarification and answer questions.

This procurement process presents a prime opportunity for software companies and service providers specialising in insolvency management systems, particularly those offering commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions that require minimal integration. Businesses that excel in developing configurable platforms, particularly those compatible with platforms like MS Dynamics, would be well-suited to compete. Participation in this tender could facilitate partnerships and lead to significant contracts, especially for firms capable of offering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions that comply with government standards and ensure high availability and support.

The areas planned to be appraised are: - ability to deliver functional requirements - ability to meet non-functional and technical requirements - cost of delivery and ownership - time to deliver - key risks associated with delivery
